TRAINING

Elite's group training is broken up between Strength & Conditioning classes! Elite's Strength class targets the body to increase muscle strength, size and overall performance.  The Conditioning classes are an all round body sweat, helping you get more bang for your buck whilst complimenting your strength program. These classes are high intensity and will put you to the test whilst promoting active recovery!

PROGRAM

Elite’s Strength program incorporates RPE and % based lifting to ensure you are progressively overloading your training week by week to achieve your best results.  Our Group Strength sessions are split into four separate days, with an individual focus on the Lower Body, Full Body and Upper Body. These sessions are then built around our key lifts - Deadlift, Back Squat, Bench Press, Hip Thrust and Overhead Press whilst being complemented with a heap of different accessory exercises to help shape and sculpt your body.

 

We run 4-6 week Strength Blocks focusing on 1-2 of your key lifts to help you build confidence and educate you on quality movement.  At the end of these strength blocks, you will undergo a series of different testing components to set benchmarks and measure your progress. These results will be built upon and utilised in your next strength block.  However, testing is not compulsory, so don’t let this scare you away. All of this together is the key to your progress. Our training will help build overall functional athletes.
